Privacy
Short version: we store what you type into an event, only for as long as the event is useful, and nothing else.
What we store
- The event: its name, dates, hours and time zone.
- For each person who answers: the name they typed, their time zone, and the times they painted.
- A random code in a cookie, so your browser can edit your own answer later. It is the only cookie we set ourselves.
What we don't
- No accounts, emails or phone numbers.
- No ads, no tracking, no Google Analytics. Nothing is sold.
- To keep bots from mass-creating events, the "Get link" step uses Google reCAPTCHA, which sends Google some technical data about your visit (see Google's Privacy Policy). It isn't used anywhere else on the site.
- We count visits with our own anonymous tally (a hash that changes every day), so we can tell whether the product works. IP addresses aren't stored.
How long
Every event, with all its answers, is deleted automatically 90 days after its last day. The organizer can delete it sooner, and you can remove your own answer at any time from the event page.
Who can see it
Anyone with the event link can see the names and times on it. Events are not listed anywhere and are hidden from search engines.
